Immunofluorescent analysis of CXCL2 was performed using 70% confluent RAW 264.7 cells treated with Lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 100 ng/mL O/N) + Protein Transport Inhibitor (PTI, 1X for 4 h). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature.
