Western blot analysis of CYTL1 in extracts from various samples. Samples were incubated with CYTL1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101322). Lane 1: VERO cells (H2O2 treatment), blocked with antigen-specific peptides; Lane 2: VERO cells (H2O2 treatment); Lane 3: Mouse spleen; Lane 4: P19 cells (serum starvation treatment); Lane 5: Rat testis.
