Western blot analysis of Carboxypeptidase M in Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: Uterus tissue lysate of mouse (40 µg), Lane 3: Uterus tissue lysate of rat (40 µg). Sample was incubated with Carboxypeptidase M polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-86657) using a 1:500 dilution.
