Coxsackievirus A6 VP2 Antibody (PA5-117350) in WB
Western blot analysis of Coxsackievirus A6 VP2 in Non-infected (–) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 12% SDS-PAGE and incubated in Coxsackievirus A6 VP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117350) using a dilution of 1:1,000.

Coxsackievirus A6 (CVA6) is a human enterovirus associated with herpangina in infants. VP1, VP2, and VP3 all have a compact core structure consisting of a classical, beta-sandwich, jelly-roll fold, which forms the bulk of the capsid and each of these protein subunits also have several loops that decorate the outer surface of the capsid.
