PA1-21787 detects Cullin 1 in human and mouse samples. This antibody does not cross-react with rat Cullin 1.
PA1-21787 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (FFPE), immunoprecipitation and Western Blot procedures. No special pretreatment is required for immunostaining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
The PA1-21787 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues C-D(742) G E K D T Y S Y L A(752) of human Cullin 1.
