Western blot analysis of Cyclin D2 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Cyclin D2 antibody (HA500325) at 1:500 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse spleen tissue lysate, 20 µg/Lane 2: HeLa cell lysate, 10 µg/Lane Predicted band size: 33 kDa Observed band size: 30 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 8% SDS-PAGE gel.
