DNAJB11 Antibody (PA5-88862) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DNAJB11 in paraffin-embedded mouse spinal cord. Samples were incubated with DNAJB11 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88862) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

DNAJB11 belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 family of proteins, which regulate molecular chaperone activity bystimulating ATPase activity. DNAJ proteins may have up to 3 distinct domains: a conserved 70-amino acid J domain, usually at the N terminus a glycine/phenylalanine (G/F)-rich region and a C-terminal cysteine-rich region.
