DNMT1 Antibody (MA5-45336) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis using human colon carcinoma cells. Fixation involved 4% Formaldehyde for 15 min at RT. Samples were incubated with DNMT1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45336) at 1:100 for 60 min at RT, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 60 min at RT. This gene encodes a subunit of the augmin complex, which regulates centrosome and mitotic spindle integrity, and is necessary for the completion of cytokinesis. The encoded protein was identified by interaction with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase 37. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
