DYNC1H1 Antibody (A304-720A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse DYNC1H1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DYNC1H1 antibody (Product # A304-720A) (lot A304-720A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

DYNC1H1 (Dynein Cytoplasmic 1 Heavy Chain 1) is a gene that encodes a protein belonging to the dynein family, which are motor proteins critical for various cellular processes. Dyneins are responsible for retrograde intracellular transport along microtubules, meaning they move cargo from the periphery of the cell towards the nucleus. The DYNC1H1 protein is a heavy chain component of cytoplasmic dynein 1, which plays a key role in the movement of organelles, vesicles, and other cellular components.
