Detection of human FOXN3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat (15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HEK293T (T; 50 µg) and HeLa (H; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FOXN3 antibody (Product # A303-620A) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. FOXN3 is a member of the forkhead/winged helixtranscription factor family. Checkpoints are eukaryotic DNA damage-inducible cell cycle arrests at G1 and G2. Check point suppressor 1 suppresses multiple yeast checkpoint mutationsincluding mec1, rad9, rad53 and dun1 by activating aMEC1-independent checkpoint pathway. Alternative splicing isobserved at the locus, resulting in distinct isoforms.
