Membrane permeabilization is required for flow cytometry applications. In Western Blot , MA1-80225 detects a band at ~55-60 kDa using 1 µg of purified luciferase. For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.
