GPR34 Antibody (MA5-24155) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of GPR34 in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in GPR34 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24155) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), such as GPR34, are integral membrane proteins containing 7 putative transmembrane domains (TMs). These proteins mediate signals to the interior of the cell via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins that in turn activate various effector proteins, ultimately resulting in a physiologic response.
