Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
The rabbit immune system generates antibody diversity and optimizes affinity. GenScript utilizes MonoRab™ technology to generate high affinity and specific monoclonal rabbit antibodies. The HA tag is composed of several amino acids containing YPYDVPDYA and does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the biodistribution of recombinant proteins.GenScript MonoRab™ HA tag Antibody (109B2) [Biotin], mAb, Rabbit is the biotin conjugated form of MonoRab™ HA tag Antibody (109B2), mAb, Rabbit. This antibody is suitable for detecting the expression level of HA tag fusion proteins.
Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below.
HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag that provides a method to localize gene products in a variety of cell types, study the topology of proteins and protein complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified, low abundance or poorly immunogenic proteins when protein specific antibodies are not available. HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin, and is commonly expressed as a tag in conjunction with proteins to aid in identification and purification of the tagged protein for functional analysis. HA tag antibodies can be used to facilitate protein detection or co-immunopreciptation of tagged proteins.
