MA1-7044 detects the human Herpes Virus, type 6. This antibody is specific for the 60/110 kDa envelope glycoprotein of HHV6.
MA1-7044 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunoprecipitaion, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry procedures. HIER is recommended for use in IHC on paraffin embedded sections.
The MA1-7044 immunogen is Human Herpes Virus type 6 lysate.
