Western Blot analysis of IDE in K562 lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using IDE Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # PA5-142280) at 0.3 µg/mL incubated for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence, using streptavidin-HRP and using NAP blocker as a substitute for skimmed milk.
