Immunocytochemistry analysis of IGF2-AS in U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in IGF2-AS Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144025) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Exhibits osteogenic properties by increasing osteoblast mitogenic activity through phosphoactivation of MAPK1 and MAPK3.
