IL-12 p70 Antibody (500-M12-500UG) in ELISA
Sandwich ELISA: Assuming 100 µL/well, a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL of IL-12 p70 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 500-M12-500UG) will detect at least 1,000 pg/mL Recombinant Human IL-12 when used with PeproTech IL-12 p70 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # 500-P154GBT-500UG) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.25-0.5 µg/mL.

IL-12 p70, also known as interleukin-12, is a cytokine that plays a critical role in the immune system's response to infections and cancer. It is produced by immune cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells, in response to certain pathogens and tumor cells.
