For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
This antibody can also be cross referenced by the term Cova322.
IL-17A and TNF-alpha are pivotal cytokines involved in inflammation and immune response. IL-17A, a member of the IL-17 cytokine family, is predominantly produced by Th17 cells. It plays a crucial role in host defense against pathogens and in the pathological processes of autoimmune diseases by inducing the expression of pro-inflammatory genes. IL-17A signals through the IL-17 receptor complex, consisting mainly of IL-17RA and IL-17RC, which activates downstream pathways such as NF-kB and MAPK. TNF-alpha is a major inflammatory cytokine that orchestrates various immune processes, including cell survival, apoptosis, and differentiation. It is produced by multiple cell types, including macrophages and T cells, and exerts its effects through two receptors, TNFR1 and TNFR2. Upon binding to its receptors, TNF-alpha triggers several signaling cascades leading to inflammation, apoptosis, or cell survival, depending on the context. Both IL-17A and TNF-alpha are involved in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, making them critical targets for therapeutic intervention.
