IL18BPd Antibody (PA5-47097) in ELISA
ELISA of IL18BPd in recombinant Mouse IL‚18 BPd protein. Samples were incubated in IL18BPd polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47097). Protein was serially diluted 2-fold. Antibody was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP followed by Substrate Solution and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution.

In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-18 BPc is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-18 BPa is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
