IRF2BP1 Antibody (CF811706) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY IRF2BP1 (RC207151, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-IRF2. Positive lysates LY414410 (100 µg) and LC414410 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

IRF2BP1 acts as a transcriptional repressor. IRF2BP1 also acts as a transcriptional corepressor in a IRF2-dependent manner. This repression is not mediated at least in part by histone deacetylase activities.
