MA1-71256 may also be used in an indirect immunofluorescence assay for the detection of Japanese encephalitis virus antigens in infected cells. It has been tested in other ELISA formats including the Japanese encephalitis virus antigen capture ELISA, and the Japanese encephalitis virus IgG capture ELISA. This monoclonal antibody is not applicable for western blot immunoassays.
