KCNK7 Antibody (PA5-106703) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of KCNK7 in rat muscle tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with KCNK7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106703) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

The product of this gene has not been shown to be a functional channel; however, it may require other non-pore-forming proteins for activity.
