KDM6A Antibody (PA5-31772) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of LNCaP (Lane 1), U-87 MG (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), MCF7 (Lane 4) and SK-N-AS (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-KDM6A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-31772, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution).
