KIF5A Antibody (A304-343A) in WB
Detection of human KIF5A by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KIF5A antibody (Product # A304-343A) (lot A304-343A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
