LILRA1 Antibody (PA5-112063) in WB
Western Blot analysis of LILRA1 using LILRA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112063) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: MCF7 Membrane Lysate , (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 53 kDa. Observed band size: 53 kDa.

LILRA3 is a member of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor gene family. Leukocyte Ig-like receptors (LIRs) are a family of inhibitory and stimulatory immunoreceptors expressed predominantly on monocytes and B cells and at lower levels on dendritic cells and natural killer (NK) cells. LILRA3 lacks a transmembrane region and may act as a soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens. It is expressed in B-cells, and at lower levels in natural killer (NK) cells.
