LSM4 Antibody (PA1-28314) in WB
Western blot analysis of LSM4 in (lane 2) Gene specific transient over-expression HEK293T cell lysate and (lane 3) Empty vector transfected control HEK293T cell lysate. Samples were probed with a LSM4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28314) at a dilution of 1:1000. Secondary detection was performed using a peroxidase conjugated Rabbit anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) at a 1:10,000 dilution and developed with TMB Substrate.

Sm-like proteins were identified in a variety of organisms based on sequence homology with the Sm protein family (see SNRPD2). Sm-like proteins contain the Sm sequence motif, which consists of 2 regions separated by a linker of variable length that folds as a loop. The Sm-like proteins are thought to form a stable heteromer present in tri-snRNP particles, which are important for pre-mRNA splicing.
