MEIS1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of MEIS1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated in MEIS1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23376) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL. Isotype control (top left) and this antibody (bottom left, right).

MEIS1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot was performed using Anti-MEIS1 Polyclonal Antibody, (Product # PA5-23376) and ~53, 50 kDa bands corresponding to isoforms of MEIS1 were observed across tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Lung (Lane 1), Mouse Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Kidney (Lane 3), Mouse Placenta (Lane 4), Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 5) (reported to be negative) and Mouse Spleen (Lane 6) (reported to be negative) were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (2ug/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

MEIS1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by detection of differential basal expression of the target across tissue tested owing to their inherent genetic constitution. Relative expression of MEIS1 was observed in Mouse Lung, Mouse Brain and Mouse Kidney in comparison to Mouse Skeletal Muscle and Mouse Spleen using Anti-MEIS1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-23376) in Western Blot. {RE}
