MLKL Antibody (PA5-34733) in WB

Western blot was performed using MLKL Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34733) and a 54kDa band corresponding to MLKL was observed across cell lines tested. Membrane enriched cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HT-29 (Lane 1), THP-1 (Lane 2), U-937 (Lane 3) and HeLa (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX).
