MRGD Antibody (PA5-100957) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MRGD in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with MRGD polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100957) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total MRGRD.
靶标信息
May regulate nociceptor function and/or development, including the sensation or modulation of pain. Functions as a specific membrane receptor for beta-alanine. Beta-alanine at micromolar doses specifically evoked Ca(2+) influx in cells expressing the receptor. Beta-alanine decreases forskolin-stimulated cAMP production in cells expressing the receptor, suggesting that the receptor couples with G-protein G(q) and G(i). Localized at the plasma membrane but internalized into the cytoplasm after treatment with beta-alanine.
