NFAT3 Antibody (A302-770A-M) in WB
Detection of human NFAT3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NFAT3 antibody A302-770A-M (lot A302-770A-M-2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
