NG2 Antibody (PA5-92029) in WB
Western Blot analysis of NG2 in extracts from normal (control) and CSPG4 knockout (KO) HeLa cells using NG2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-92029) at a dilution of 1:1000. A HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
