NOL7 Antibody (PA5-103987) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of NOL7 in mouse brain tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with NOL7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103987) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

NOL7 is encoded by this gene localizes to the nucleolus, where it maintains nucleolar structure and cell growth rates. The encoded protein also functions as a tumor suppressor and regulator of angiogenesis. The RB tumor suppressor gene recruits transcription factors to this gene and positively regulates its expression. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
