NRBF2 Antibody (PA5-89226) in WB
Western blot analysis of NRBF2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with NRBF2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89226) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

NRBF2 (nuclear receptor-binding factor 2) modulates transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. It is involved in starvation-induced autophagy probably by its association with PI3K complex I (PI3KC3-C1). NRBF2 stabilizes the PI3KC3-C1 assembly and enhances ATG14-linked lipid kinase activity of PIK3C3.
