PGM2 Antibody (PA5-118160) in WB
Western Blot using PGM2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118160) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: K562 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 68 kDa. Observed band size: 72 kDa.
