PHD2 Antibody (PA5-119588) in WB
Western blot analysis of PHD2 in wild-type (WT) and PHD2 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were incubated with PHD2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-119588) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Separated by 10% SDS-PAGE.

SYMPK is a nuclear protein that functions in the regulation of polyadenylation and promotes gene expression. The protein forms a high-molecular weight complex with components of the polyadenylation machinery. It is thought to serve as a scaffold for recruiting regulatory factors to the polyadenylation complex. It also participates in 3'-end maturation of histone mRNAs, which do not undergo polyadenylation.
