          Immunohistochemistry analysis of PI3 Kinase p85 alpha/beta in paraffin-embedded Mouse spleen tissue. Samples were treated with antigen retrieval using 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0), then incubated with monoclonal PI3 Kinase p85 alpha/beta (Product # MA575443) antibody at a dilution of 1:200, followed by Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (1:500, red) and DAPI.           The p85 alpha and p85 beta proteins are regulatory subunits of class IA phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks), which control cell growth, survival, metabolism, and migration. They stabilize and inhibit the catalytic p110 subunits under basal conditions and help recruit PI3K to activated receptor signaling complexes, making them key regulators of the PI3K/AKT pathway frequently altered in cancer.
