PLAC2 Antibody (CF810461) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PLAC2 (RC207313, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PLAC2. Positive lysates LY407086 (100 µg) and LC407086 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

PLAC2 (placenta-specific protein 2) is a 151 amino acid protein that is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19p13. Based on its amino acid sequence, PLAC2 is predicted to be a multi-pass membrane protein. There are no reported studies or functions reported for this protein.
