PPP1R18 Antibody (PA5-148270) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of PPP1R18 in U2OS cells. Samples were incubated with PPP1R18 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148270) using a dilution of 1:200 at 4°C overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and blocked with 10% serum. Counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and Cytoplasm and cell membrane.
