PRPF4B Antibody (PA5-110223) in WB
Western blot analysis of PRPF4B in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PRPF4B Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110223) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Pre-mRNA splicing occurs in two sequential transesterification steps, and the protein encoded by this gene is thought to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing and in signal transduction. This protein belongs to a kinase family that includes serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinases and cyclin-dependent kinases. This protein is regarded as a CDK-like kinase with homology to mitogen-activated protein kinases.
