Immunofluorescent analysis of PSME3 showing staining in the cytoplasm of MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a PSME3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-31174) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
