Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-ARHGAP42 (Tyr792) in human gastric tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-ARHGAP42 (Tyr792) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105370) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of ARHGAP42 only when phosphorylated at Tyr792.
靶标信息
This gene encodes a Rho GTPase-activating protein (RhoGAP), and member of the GRAF or BAR-PH family of proteins. Expression of this gene is enriched in vascular smooth muscle cells and the encoded protein inhibits RhoA activity to regulate vascular tone and control blood pressure. A mutation in the first intron of this gene modulates its expression and is associated with reduced blood pressure in human patients with borderline hypertension.
