Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser809) Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser804) in HeLa cells(4h of LPS treatment). Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser804) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105373) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser809) Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser804) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser804) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105373) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser809) Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser809) in extracts from 3T3-L1P6 (heat shock treatment). Samples were incubated with Phospho-SEMA4B (Ser809) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105373). The lane on the left was treated with blocking peptide.
