Western blot analysis of QKI-7 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with QKI-7 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570050) using a dilution of 1:2,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4°C overnight followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
