RALGAPA2 Antibody (PA5-101287) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of RALGAPA2 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RALGAPA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101287) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

RALGAPA2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RALGAPA2 in mouse kidney tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RALGAPA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101287) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

RALGAPA2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of RALGAPA2 in Jurkat cells. Samples were incubated with RALGAPA2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101287).
