RANBP3 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescence analysis of RANBP3 Antibody (B24H15L41), Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody was performed using 70% confluent log phase HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells were labeled with RANBP3 (B24H15L41) Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 700076) at 2 µg/mL in 0.1% BSA and incubated for 3 hours at room temperature and then labeled with 4 µg/mL Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 546 (Product # A10040) for 45 minutes at room temperature (Panel a: red). Nuclei (Panel b: blue) were stained with SlowFade® Gold Antifade Mountant with DAPI (Product # S36938). F-actin (Panel c: green) was stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 Phalloidin (Product # A12379, 1:300). Panel d represents the merged image showing nuclear localization. Panel e shows the no primary antibody control. The images were captured at 60X magnification.

RANBP3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of RANBP3 in Jurkat cell lysate (30 µg/lane) using a RANBP3 recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (Product # 700076) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. NBT/BCIP was used as the substrate (Product # WB7105).

Ran binding protein 3 (RanBP3) is a member of Ran GTPase binding proteins that is located at the nuclear pore complex (NPC) and plays an essential role in the transport between cytoplasm and nucleus. RANPB3 is expessed as two spliced forms, RanBP3a and RanBP3b, both of which contains two FXFG motifs, characteristic of a subgroup of nucleoporins in addition to nuclear localization signal in the amino-terminal region (amino acid residues 40-57) and a unique acidic carboxyl terminus which is integral to its switch function.
