RERG Antibody (PA5-104063) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of RERG in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RERG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104063) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Samples were incubated with RERG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104063) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

RERG Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RERG in mouse spleen tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RERG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104063) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

RERG Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of RERG in HeLa cell lysate. Samples were incubated with RERG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104063).
