Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded RPL31 in human Kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with RPL31 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104549) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL31 is a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L31E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm.
