RXFP4 Antibody (PA5-49735) in WB
Western Blot analysis of RXFP4 was performed using Lane 1: Human fetal lung tissue lysates lysate. Lane 2: A549 cells lysate. Lane 3: Mouse lung tissue lysates. The membrane was probed with RXFP4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-49735) using 1:200 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Exposure time: 5 minutes.

GPR100 is a member of the rhodopsin family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPRs) and acts as a high affinity receptor for INSL5. Also acts as receptor for RLN3/relaxin-3, as well as bradykinin and kallidin. Binding of the ligand inhibits cAMP accumulation.
