Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Ranibizumab with trade name Lucentis, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of patients with neovascular (Wet) age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO). It is a recombinant humanized IgG1 kappa isotype monoclonal antibody fragment. Ranibizumab binds to vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) and blocks its activity.Anti-Ranibizumab Antibody (10D12), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Ranibizumab.
Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below.
