SAH3 Antibody (PA1-24993) in WB
Western blot analysis of SAH3 using NETN whole cell lysate (20µg for WB; 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Samples were probed with a SAH3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-24993) at the indicated dilutions for WB and 2µg/mg lysate for IP. Detection was performed using an HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at a dilution of 1:10,000 followed by a chemiluminescent substrate, exposure time of 10 seconds.
